The rate includes:

  • cost of transportation
  • shipment delivery
  • storage in the branch for 7 days
  • accepting and delivering parcels at Nova Post branches

The rate excludes:

  • calling a courier to certain location
  • taxes, customs duties, customs clearance, and other administrative fees
  • Such payments are determined by the legislation of the country where customs clearance takes place

Terms of shipping pallets and cargoes for business clients

    We can deliver your cargo to Austria only to cargo branches. You can order targeted delivery in Ukraine.
  • 2
    A shipment can contain up to 5 euro pallets. If the shipment contains more than 1 cargo place, the shipping cost will be the summed cost of transportation for each place.
  • 3
    A separate invoice is generated in your personal account for each shipment.
