  • Acceptable parameters by types of shipments

    • Documents: length – up to 35 cm, width – up to 25 cm, thickness – up to 2 cm, actual weight – up to 1 kg.
    • Parcels: actual and volume weight – up to 30 kg, maximum side up to 120 cm, the total of dimensions 150 cm.
    • Freight: actual and volume weight – from 31 kg to 1,000 kg, length up to 300 cm, width and height up to 170 cm.
    • Pallets: actual weight – up to 1,000 kg, dimensions: 120 × 80 × 170 cm.

  • How the weight is calculated

    The greater of the actual weight or volume weight is used.

    Volume weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 4,000.

  • Item parameters to be accepted

    • In postal branches: length – up to 120 cm, total dimensions 150 cm.
    • In freight branches: length up to 300 cm, width and height up to 170 cm.
