Weight calculation: The greater of the actual or volume weight is used. Bu (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 4000

    • Documents: length - up to 35 cm, width - up to 25 cm, thickness - up to 2 cm, actual weight - up to 1 kg.
    • Parcels: actual and volume weight - up to 30 kg, longest side - up to 120 cm, sum of the two longest sides - up to 150 cm.
    • Cargoes: actual and volume weight - up to 1,000 kg, length - up to 300 cm, width or height - up to 170 cm.
    • Pallets: actual weight - up to 1,000 kg, maximum dimensions - 120 cm x 80 cm x 170 cm.

  • How the weight is calculated

    The greater of the actual weight or volumetric weight is used.

    Volume weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 4,000

  • Item parameters to be accepted

    • In post offices: the longest side - up to 120 cm and the sum of the two longest sides - up to 150 cm.
    • In cargo branches: length – up to 300 cm, width or height – up to 170 cm.
