Nova Post supported National Barrier-Free Week in its mobile app
Nova Post joined the National Barrier-Free Week, which is being held in Ukraine for the first time this year from 19 to 25 May, with an information campaign in its mobile app.
Banners with short reminders about important issues appeared on the main screen:
‘There are no ‘disabled people’ in Ukraine, but there are people with disabilities.’
‘Barrier-free means equal opportunities and freedom to be yourself.’
‘It's easy when there are no barriers.’
This is a continuation of the position that the company has repeatedly voiced: creating accessible services is not an exception, but a new norm.
«We deliberately talk about accessibility in simple language, in environments that are familiar to people — even in the app. Because that's how, in small steps, a culture of normal, humane treatment of everyone is formed,»
— says Olena Plakhova, Director of Reputation Management at Nova Post.
Last year, Nova Post opened Ukraine's first barrier-free post office and held the First Barrier-Free Marathon.
