An insurance company with western capital purchased bonds of Nova Post and NovaPay

UNIQA Ukraine, a part of UNIQA Insurance Group, one of the leading insurance groups servicing 16 million customers in 17 European countries, acquired Nova Post's bonds.
Meanwhile, UNIQA Life (a subsidiary of UNIQA Insurance Group) invested in securities of NovaPay*, a financial company belonging to the NOVA Group (Nova Post).
UNIQA Life purchased a part of NovaPay's Series I bonds. All securities of this series were redeemed by institutional market participants for UAH 90 million. Series I bonds will mature in December 2027. Investors expect to receive their interest payments quarterly at the declared rate of 17%. NovaPay issued series I bonds at the end of last year.
Moreover, Nova Post fulfilled its financial liabilities to investors in Q1 2025 and repaid UAH 800 million of series D bonds.
As a reminder, Nova Post has been issuing bonds since 2019. Since then, the company has issued six series of bonds with a nominal value of UAH 300 million to UAH 1 billion per series.
