Create an EW for the parcel in the mobile app.

Pack the shipment according to the packing rules or activate the service in the app, and we will do it for you.

Approach the parcel locker with the parcel, enable Bluetooth and geolocation in your smartphone settings if the app requires this.

Open the newly created EW and click the button: "Open locker." Put the parcel inside the locker.

Confirm that you put it in the mobile app. Once confirmed, close the locker.

The recipient must pick up the shipment from the parcel locker within 5 days.
Then the parcel will be moved to the nearest branch.

How to create an EW in the Nova Post mobile app?

Frequently asked questions

  • How can I pay for delivery services?

    You can pay for delivery services in the Nova Post mobile app or on the company's website. Please note that cash payments are not possible at the parcel locker, as it does not have the technical capability to process them.

  • The locker does not open. What to do?

    Make sure your smartphone has Internet access, Bluetooth, and geolocation enabled when you're near the parcel locker. For Android smartphones, check the app settings to ensure that access to Nearby Devices and Share with Others is enabled.

    If the locker still does not open or you have any other questions, apply to the Nova Post contact center at 0 800 500 609.

  • I closed the locker by accident without putting the parcel in. What to do?

    The mobile app will prompt you to open the locker again.

  • The parcel locker is out of service and I can't send the parcel. What to do?

    Apply to the Nova Post contact center at 0 800 500 609 and report the issue. The parcel locker will be resumed as soon as possible.

  • Why does a package for a parcel locker cost UAH 15, while a box can be bought at a branch for UAH 10?

    When sending from a parcel locker, you pay not just for a box or any other packaging, but for a complete service.

    This means a courier will pick up your shipment, provide the necessary packaging materials, assess the best way to pack it, ensure it is packed according to the company's standards, label it, and then deliver it to the next logistics center.

    Warning! Packaging costs are the same for both parcels weighing 3 kg and parcels weighing up to 20 kg.

  • How can I order the “Packaging” service when sending from a parcel locker?

    When creating an EW from a parcel locker, make sure to enable the “Packaging” tab in the mobile app. The courier will see that your shipment needs to be packed.

  • When sending documents from the branch, packaging is provided free of charge. Does it apply to parcel lockers as well?

    Yes, it does. When sending documents from a parcel locker, there is no charge for packing them.

  • What can I send without packaging?

    We can send anything if your parcel is up to 60x40x30, weighs up to 20 kg, and has a declared value of up to UAH 15,000. In addition, we do not accept shipments that are classified as prohibited.
