After your shipment is processed, the recipient will receive a notification.

How to Ship a Package From a Nova Post Branch in the USA

    Prepare your shipment

Please note: If the parcel requires additional preparation at the branch, an additional service fee may apply.

    Create an international shipment
    You can do this in any of these ways:
    • Nova Post mobile app
    • MyNovaPost
    • Official website

    Enter the sender and recipient details
    When creating the shipment, enter the information in Latin characters:
    • Last name & first name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Recipient’s branch number or full address in Ukraine

    Pay for the shipment online
    After creating the shipping label, complete the payment using any available method.

    Visit the nearest Nova Post partner location in the USA
    Make sure you have the QR code of your shipment label with you.

    Show the QR code to the operator
    The operator will scan it and confirm your shipment registration.

    Hand over your shipment in open form
    The operator will inspect the contents and prepare the package for delivery.

To comply with international shipping regulations, Nova Post staff must check for restricted items.

If your shipment is sealed, the operator will be required to open it — with the only exception being factory-sealed packaging.
