How to ship a parcel from the USA

Only ship items that are allowed for transport.

If a parcel contains any item prohibited for transport, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

Provide the true invoice value of the parcel contents

The invoice value of a shipment is the value that the sender declares in documents or a customs declaration when shipping. It is used to calculate customs duties, taxes, and other fees that may apply when importing the shipment into the destination country, as well as to calculate compensation in the event of parcel loss.

The invoice value of the shipment must correspond to the market value.

After creation, you will receive a waybill number and other details via email to ship the parcel from your chosen service point.
Pay for shipping services online before shipping. Payment cannot be made at the service point.
Pack the parcel yourself. Service points do not provide packaging, and parcels cannot be accepted without packaging.

Print the shipping label and place it on the packaging. The shipping label for your parcel will be generated after paying for shipping services. You will receive it at the specified email.
Bring the packed parcel to the chosen service point. Show the service point employee the waybill number or QR code for shipping and hand over the parcel to them.

After creation, you will receive a waybill number and other courier pickup details via email.
Pay for shipping services online. Your address will be added to the courier's route only after payment.
Pack the parcel yourself. Service points do not provide packaging, and parcels cannot be accepted without packaging.

Hand over the parcel to the courier on the designated day.

When the courier picks up the shipment
Parcels are picked up by partner company couriers Mon–Sat from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The arrival time depends on when the request is submitted:

Courier arrival time:
After submitting your request, you will receive the courier's arrival date at the specified email.
Once the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery via Nova Post tracking.

Customs duties

Invoice value: up to €150
No customs duty is charged
Parcel value: over €150
Import duty: 10% of the amount exceeding €150
VAT: 20% of the customs value of the shipment

What are "customs value of a parcel" and "invoice value of a parcel"

The customs value of a parcel is the invoice value of the parcel stated in the invoice + shipping cost + fixed duty, if charged. VAT is calculated from this amount.

The invoice value of a parcel is the sum of the value of each item in the invoice. The import duty rate is determined based on the invoice value of each item in the invoice, as the amount of import duty depends on the type of product according to the TARIC classification.
