Order Courier Pick-up to Send from Germany
A courier will pick up your postal item at any address in Germany. Registering the courier pick-up is very simple:
- Prepare the items to be sent and pack them into the box. Please use a square or rectangular box.
- Fill in the request for courier pick-up via the Nova Post website or mobile application.
- Complete the invoice in the application: provide a detailed description of the content of the postal item, the declared or market value of each item in it. If the indicated value differs from the declared one, the customs service may reevaluate the postal item and charge additional customs payments.
- Pay for the order online.
- You will be emailed a confirmation of your request, payment and the courier arrival time.
- Hand the closed postal item over to the courier.
- The courier will print and attach a sticker to your box.
