InPost partner pickup point is a type of branch located on the territory of an existing company where you can receive a parcel from Nova Post.

Pickup points are located all over Spain and are easy to find on the map.

You can receive a parcel of up to 25 kg at the pickup point

How to collect a parcel from InPost partner point

As soon as the shipment arrives, you will receive an SMS or push notification with the number and address of the pickup point and the EW number.

  Download the Nova Post mobile app

  When you visit a partner point, show the operator your EW number and a document with which you can identify yourself, e.g. your passport or driver's license. The documents in the Diia app are also suitable.
