Who pays

Only the sender always pays for the delivery service: by card in the mobile application or website. Find out the cost of delivery here.

The sender is responsible for the round-trip delivery costs if the recipient refuses to accept the parcel and it is returned.

The following situation shall also be considered a refusal to receive the parcel:

  Incorrect contact information was provided

The return cost will be calculated according to the general delivery rates.

How to send a parcel by courier from address

   Complete an online form to send from the address on the website, use the Nova Post chatbot to create a shipment and call a courier in your personal account or mobile app.

   Wait for notification of the courier's arrival date and stay at the specified address on that day.

   Pack the parcel in advance according to packaging standards and make sure the weight is below 30 kg.

   Hand the parcel over to the courier.
