How to call a courier online

1. Prepare and pack your items in a box.
We have prepared a short instruction for you under the link: how to properly pack a parcel. Before calling the courier, make sure that the shipment's contents are authorized for transportation.

3. Pay for the shipment.

4. Hand the packed parcel over to the courier. The courier will print and stick a sticker on your box.
You can also call a courier via My Nova Post personal account
To do so, log in to your personal account and do the following:
- 1Create a new shipment in your account to be dispatched from the address
- 2Create a courier call request for this parcel
- 3Pay for delivery services online
- 4Pass the parcel to the courier at the appointed time
Once created, a shipment order cannot be viewed or edited on the website.
You can view the created order in the Nova Post app or in your personal account.
The courier accepts shipments up to 30 kg.
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels. The customer must do it alone.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
When the courier picks up the shipment
Parcels are picked up by Nova Post couriers or by couriers of the partner company GLS on weekdays from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The arrival time depends on the time the order is placed:

Once the order is placed, you will be notified of the courier's arrival date by e-mail.
When the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery with Nova Post tracking system.
