How to call a courier in Finland
1. Prepare and pack the items in a box. Here is a short tutorial on how to properly pack a parcel.
2. Fill out an order to call a courier:

4. Pass the shipment to the courier in a closed form. The courier will print and paste the label on your box.
Once created, a shipment order cannot be viewed or edited on the website.
You can view the created order in the Nova Post app or in your personal account.

When the courier picks up the shipment
Parcels are picked up by Nova Post couriers or couriers of the partner company on weekdays from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. The arrival time depends on the time the order is placed:
- The time the order is placed:
Mon-Fri till 5.00 p.m.
Mon-Fri after 5.00 p.m.
Sat-Sun - When the courier arrives:
On the next business day
On the 2nd business day after the order is placed
Once the application is submitted, you will receive the courier's arrival date at the specified email address.
When the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery with Nova Post tracking system.
Delivery time does not include
- the day the shipment is passed to the courier
- weekends and official holidays
- days on which banking institutions are closed
- delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of Nova Post
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels. The sender must do this on their own. The customer must do it alone.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
