How to call a courier in Spain
1. Prepare and pack the items in a box. Here is a short tutorial on how to properly pack a parcel.

4. Hand a courier the packed parcel. The courier will print and stick a sticker on your box.
You can view the created order in the Nova Post app or in your personal account.
Benefits
When the courier picks up the shipment
Parcels are picked up by couriers of the partner company GLS on weekdays from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. The arrival time depends on the time the order is placed:
- The time the order is placed:
Mon-Fri till 5.00 p.m.
Mon-Fri after 5.00 p.m.
Sat-Sun - When the courier arrives:
On the next business day
On the 2nd business day after the order is placed
Once the order is placed, you will be notified of the courier's arrival date by e-mail.
When the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery with Nova Post tracking system.
Delivery time does not include
- 1the day the shipment is delivered to the branch
- 2weekends and official holidays
- 3days on which banking institutions are closed
- 4delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of "NEW POST INTERNATIONAL ES SRL.
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
