*The invoice value is the declared value of the shipment's contents, which must match the details on the invoice and reflect the actual value of the goods. It is used to calculate customs duties, taxes, and other fees that may be applied when importing a shipment into the destination country.

Items allowed to send

  • Food products up to 10 kg in original packaging
  • Pre-owned items, soft toys, construction sets, educational toys
  • Electronics and minor household appliances
  • Beauty products: nail polishes, hair dyes, cosmetic lotions
  • Household chemicals with labels indicating the name of the manufacturer and composition
  • Storage disks or flash drives with no passwords

Items prohibited to send

  • Food products over 10 kg in original packaging
  • Excisable goods:
    - Liquor, alcoholic beverages, beer, tobacco products.
    - Electric heating devices using an electronically controlled heater (HTPs, e-cigarettes, vapes, IQOS, POD systems, etc.).
    Including liquid chemical mixtures containing or not containing nicotine, used to produce vapor in e-cigarettes and are found, particularly, in cartridges, refill containers, and other containers
  • Hazardous goods: weapons, flammable liquids and solids, substances in pressurized cylinders, gases, and deodorants
  • Art pieces: paintings, stamps, antique books, and icons
  • Jewelry and precious metals

All parcels sent to Ukraine will be inspected by the operator at the branch without the presence of the sender to check the compliance of the composition.

If a customs officer finds prohibited goods when inspecting a shipment, the parcel will be returned at the sender's expense

Once the parcel is sent, we will notify the recipient of the parcel's processing.

Customs clearance in Ukraine

  • The invoiced value of the parcel: up to €150

    No additional taxes are charged

  • The invoiced value of the parcel: over €150

    • Import duty: 10% of exceeding €150
    • VAT: 20% of the invoiced value of the shipment  (exceeding €150 + import duty)

Calculation example

The product costs €200. Customs duties will be as follows:

  • Import duty = (€200 - €150) х 10% = €5
  • VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) х 20% = €11

Total tax payable: €5 + €11 = €16

Customs reserves the right to refuse a shipment or change the amount of customs duties

This can happen if a customs officer detects a breach of the rules:

  • The shipment's contents differ from the list specified in the declaration.
  • The invoiced value differs from the real value.
  • The parcel contains prohibited goods.
  • Over the past month, the recipient has already received international shipments with a total invoiced value of more than €150.

How to send a shipment by courier

    Determine the approximate size of the box. You will need this information to fill out a shipment request.

    Call a courier to hand over a shipment.

    Print the label that will be sent to you by email, and stick it on the top left-hand side of the parcel.
