How to call a courier online

4. Pass the shipment to the courier in a closed form. The courier will print and paste the label on your box.
You can view the created order in the Nova Post app or in your personal account.
- To call a Nova Post courier in Italy, you can only do it by making a request on their website or through their mobile app.
You can't ask for a courier by calling their customer service or messaging them on social media.
Be careful if someone suggests using apps like Telegram or WhatsApp to request a courier. It might be a scam, so don't give them your stuff.
Benefits
When the courier picks up the shipment
Parcels are picked up by couriers of the partner company GLS on weekdays from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The arrival time depends on the time the order is placed:
- The time the order is placed:Mon-Fri till 5.00 p.m.Mon-Fri after 5.00 p.m.
Sat-Sun - When the courier arrives:On the next business dayOn the 2nd business day after the order is placed
Once the order is placed, you will be notified of the courier's arrival date by e-mail.
When the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery with Nova Post tracking system.
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
If your parcel is lost, please contact the call center. The operator will help you find the shipment or file a claim.
