Once created, a shipment order cannot be viewed or edited on the website.
You can view the created order in the Nova Post app or in your personal account.

Things to know about customs clearance of shipments in Ukraine

  • Parcel cost: up to €150

    There are no additional taxes for parcels containing gifts, goods, or personal items

  • Parcel cost: over €150

       Import duty: 10% of exceeding €150

       VAT: 20% of the shipment value (exceeding €150 + import duty)

Calculation example

The product costs €200. Customs duties will be as follows:

    Import duty = (€200 - €150) х 10% = €5
  • 2
    VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) х 20% = €11

Total tax payable: €5 + €11 = €16

If the declared value of the shipment exceeds €150, do not split it into two parcels to avoid paying customs duties. Such shipments are grouped at the customs in Ukraine, and their declared value is summed up, so customs duties will still be charged.

When the courier picks up the shipment

Parcels are picked up by couriers of the partner company GLS on weekdays from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. The arrival time depends on the time the order is placed:

  • The time the order is placed:

    Mon-Fri till 5.00 p.m.
    Mon-Fri after 5.00 p.m.
    Sat-Sun

  • When the courier arrives:

    On the next business day
    On the 2nd business day after the order is placed

Once the order is placed, you will be notified of the courier's arrival date by e-mail.
When the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery with Nova Post tracking system.

If your parcel is lost, please contact the call center. The operator will help you find the shipment or file a claim.
