To receive a shipment, you must have:
- express waybill number
- original passport of a citizen of Ukraine/foreign passport or phone number of the recipient indicated in the express waybill

How to send from the pickup point
- Prepare the items and ensure that the contents of the shipment are allowed for transportation
- Choose the point on the map you want to send from
- Arrange the shipment in the mobile app or personal account to receive an electronic express waybill
- There is no packaging at the pickup point, so pack the shipment yourself
- Pay for the shipment
- Provide the EW number and the parcel to the employee of the pickup point
