How to send a parcel from a branch

Select the nearest Nova Post branch, that processes cargoes over 30 kg, in your city.

Create a shipment with the operator or online before visiting the branch in the mobile application or website. Provide the operator with the waybill number if the parcel was created online.

Pay the cost of delivery and selected additional services and hand the parcel over to the operator.

How to track a parcel

You can track your parcel in the Tracking tab or in the mobile application.

When the parcel arrives at the branch, the recipient will receive a notification via SMS or in the mobile application.

If delivery to the address is arranged, the courier will notify the recipient that the parcel has arrived.
