- Invoiced value of the parcel: up to £37
No taxes are charged
- Invoiced value of the parcel: up to £37-127
VAT: 23% of the invoiced value of the shipment.
Example: an item costs £100. Additionally, the recipient must pay VAT: £100 x 23% = £23
Exception: personal items with an invoiced value of up to £127 are not taxed.

Import duty: from 0 to 18% of the invoiced value, depending on the type of goods
- VAT: 23% of the invoiced value of the shipment (invoiced value + import duty)
- Example: the goods cost £200. Customs payments will be:
Import duty = £200 x 18% = £36
VAT = (£200 + £36) x 23% = £54,28
The recipient must pay the following tax: £36 + £54,28 = £90,28
Customs reserves the right to refuse a shipment or change the amount of customs duties.
This can happen if a customs officer detects a breach of the rules
- The shipment's contents differ from the list specified in the declaration
- The invoiced value differs from the real value
- In the last month, the recipient has already received international shipments with a total invoiced value of more than £39
You can send parcels up to 30 kg by courier
Parcels are weighed at the sorting center. If a larger parcel is passed to the courier, it will be returned to the sender.
Previously paid delivery services will be refunded, except for the cost of calling a courier.

The parcel is picked up by Nova Post or partner company couriers.
After dispatch, we'll send the recipient a notification of parcel registration and payment calculation by SMS or E-mail.
Couriers only accept and pick up shipments packed according to the packaging standards.
Please pack the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier. According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
How to send from the branch
- 1Register the shipment in the mobile app to receive an electronic express waybill (EW). If there are any issues, you can register the shipment at the branch by asking the operator.

- 3If you've created an EW in the app, provide the number to the operator or specify your details and the sender's details:
- full name in Latin
- phone number
- 4Hand over the opened parcel to the operator to check the contents.

- address: zip code, city, street, building and apartment number
- 6Pay for the shipment.
