How to call a courier online

4. Pass the shipment to the courier in a closed form. The courier will print and paste the label on your box.
You can view the created order in the Nova Post app or in your personal account.

Things to know about customs clearance of shipments in Ukraine
- Parcel cost: up to €150
There are no additional taxes for parcels containing gifts, goods, or personal items
- Parcel cost: over €150
- 1Import duty: 10% of exceeding €150
- 2VAT: 20% of the shipment value (exceeding €150 + import duty)
Calculation example
The product costs €200. Customs duties will be as follows:
- 1Import duty = (€200 - €150) х 10% = €5
- 2VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) х 20% = €11
Total tax payable: €5 + €11 = €16
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
Examples of declared value calculation for deliveries to Ukraine
EXAMPLE 1
I send my sister a jacket, a portable speaker, and her driver's license.
The jacket costs €50 and the portable speaker costs €35. The total amount is €85.
No customs duties will be charged.
EXAMPLE 2
I send clothes up for sale in Ukraine.
All articles are new, with price tags, and in original packaging, but the total cost is less than €150.
No customs duties will be charged.
EXAMPLE 3
I send my daughter a whole suitcase of her personal belongings: dresses, blouses, shoes, and cosmetics.
All items are personal, but their total value exceeds €150.
Customs duties will be charged.
When the courier picks up the shipment
The arrival time depends on the time the order is placed:
- The time the order is placed
Mon–Fri till 5:00 a.m.
Mon–Fri after 5:00 a.m.
Sat-Sun - When the courier arrives
on the next business day
on the 2nd business day after the order is placed
Once the order is placed, you will be notified of the courier's arrival date by e-mail.
When the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery with the Nova Post tracking system.
