The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels. The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes. Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
Fee on the invoiced value:
- up to 50 000 Ft - included in the rate
- over 50 000 Ft - 0,5%

Calculation example
There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs 40 000 Ft, and a building kit costs 60 000 Ft.
A fee to be added to the delivery rate:
- Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
- Parcel with a building kit: 60 000 х 0,5% = 300 Ft

The delivery cost consists of the delivery tariff and a fee on the invoiced value.
The delivery rate is calculated according to the largest value of the dimensions: actual or volumetric weight
The estimated weight for pallets is calculated according to the tableThe rate is determined by the higher of the actual weight or the pallet base area.
