The courier accepts shipments up to 30 kg.
Larger parcels should be sent and picked up at Nova Post cargo branches.
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
Maximum length of parcel: 120 cm. A shipment with an actual and volume weight up to 30 kg and a length greater than 120 cm is charged as cargo with a minimum weight of 30 kg.
Fee on the invoiced value:
- up to €150: no fee
- over €150: +0,5% of the invoiced value to the delivery rates

Calculation example
There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs €115, and a building kit costs €500.
A fee to be added to the delivery rate:
- Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
- Parcel with a building kit: 500 х 0,5% = €2,5

The delivery cost consists of the delivery tariff and a fee on the invoiced value.
The delivery rate is calculated according to the largest value of the dimensions: actual or volumetric weight
The estimated weight for pallets is calculated according to the tableThe rate is determined by the higher of the actual weight or the pallet base area.

Permitted size by type of shipment
- Documents: length up to 35 cm, width up to 25 cm, thickness up to 2 cm, actual weight up to 1 kg
- Parcels: actual and vol volumetric weight: up to до 30 kg, maximum size up to 120 cm, total of all sides up to 150 cm
- Cargo: actual and volumetric weight: from 31 up to 1 000 kg, length up to 300 cm, width and height up to 170 cm
Shipment sizes which are accepted at:
- Postal branches: length up to 120 cm, total of all sides up to 150 cm
- Cargo branches: height up to 300 cm, length and width up to 170 cm

Shipment tariffs
The shipment tariff from Lithuania to Ukraine includes receiving the shipment in a Nova Post branch and its delivery to a Nova Post branch or an automated parcel locker. A commission is additionally for the invoiced value and delivery. Payment for the delivery is made by the sender.
Customs brokerage services and customs duties
Payment of customs brokerage services for the processing of the export declaration is made by the sender.
Customs duties, taxes and other excises are paid in the destination country.
The cost of shipment of other types of shipment is calculated on each parcel in accordance with the tariff.Delivery time
The delivery time from Lithuania to Ukraine is not less than 5 business days.
