The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
Commission from the declared value:
- 1up to €500: included into the rate
- 2over €500: 0,5%
The rates are indicated in euros (VAT included) and are valid from 05.04.2025

Calculation example
There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs €300, and a building kit costs €600.
A fee to be added to the delivery rate:
- 1Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
- 2Parcel with a building kit: 600 х 0,5% = €3
