The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.

According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.

Fee on the invoiced value:

  • up to €500: included into the rate
  • over €500: 0,5%

    Calculation example

    There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs €300, and a building kit costs €600.

    A fee to be added to the delivery rate:

    • Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
    • Parcel with a building kit: 600 х 0,5% = €3
