  • cost of transportation
  • shipment of a postal item
  • storage at the branch for 7 days
  • receiving and giving out shipments at Nova Post branch offices
  • courier pick-up at the address
  • taxes, customs payments, customs clearance and other administrative fees: the amount of these payments shall be determined by the legislation of the country in which customs clearance takes place

Conditions for pallet and cargo shipments for business customers

  • We can deliver your cargo to Slovakia only to cargo branches. In Ukraine, you can order delivery to an address.
  • The shipment may contain not more than 5 Euro pallets. If the shipment contains more than 1 cargo item, the shipping cost is the sum of the cost of transporting each piece.
  • A separate invoice is created for each shipment in your personal account.
