How to call a courier in France
1. Prepare and pack the items in a box. Here is a short tutorial on how to properly pack a parcel.
2. Fill out an order to call a courier:
3. Pay for the order online, print the label that will be sent to you by email, and stick it on the top left-hand side of the parcel.
4. Pass the shipment to the courier in a closed form.
You can view the created order in the Nova Post app or in your personal account.
Benefits
When the courier picks up the shipment
Parcels are picked up by couriers of the partner company Chronopost on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The arrival time depends on the time the order is placed:
- The time the order is placed
Mon-Fri till 5:00 p.m.
Mon-Fri after 5:00 p.m.
Sat-Sun
- When the courier arrives:
On the next business day
On the 2nd business day after the order is placed
On the next business day
Once the order is placed, you will be notified of the courier's arrival date by e-mail.
When the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery with Nova Post tracking system.
Delivery time does not include
- 1the day the shipment is delivered to the branch
- 2weekends and official holidays
- 3days on which banking institutions are closed
- 4delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of Nova Post FR SAS
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
