How to call a courier in Hungary
1. Prepare and pack the items in a box. Here is a short tutorial on how to properly pack a parcel.

4. Pass the shipment to the courier in a closed form. The courier will print and paste the label on your box.

When the courier picks up the shipment
In Budapest parcels are picked up by couriers Nova Post, in another cities – couriers of the partner company Expressone. The arrival time depends on the time the order is placed:
Requesting a courier in Budapest
- Time of submission of the application and payment for the service

When the courier picks up your shipment, you can track the delivery with Nova Post tracking system.
Delivery time does not include
- the day the shipment is delivered to the branch
- weekends and official holidays
- days on which banking institutions are closed
- delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of Nova Post HU KFt.
The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels. The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes. Please prepare the parcel in advance.
