How to send a parcel from a branch

Select the nearest Nova Post branch in your city. Please make sure the selected branch accepts parcels weighing over 30 kg.

Create a shipment with the operator or online before visiting the branch: in the mobile application or on the website. Provide the operator with the waybill number if the parcel was created online.

Pay the cost of delivery and selected additional services and hand over the parcel to the operator.
