How to call a courier online

2. Fill out an application for a courier pickup:

4. Hand a courier the packed parcel. The courier will print and stick a sticker on your box.
You can track your parcel with the Nova Post tracking system and the mobile app.
Once created, a shipment order cannot be viewed or edited on the website.
You can view the created request in the Nova Post app or your personal account.

Send your request to invoice_ee@novapost.com. Please specify in your request:

- What should I do if I was away when the courier arrived at the address
We will call you back to arrange another time and day for the courier's visit.
After two unsuccessful visits, we will transfer the shipment to the warehouse and call the recipient to check if the delivery is still on track.
- Can I give an unpacked parcel to a courier
No, couriers accept and pick up only those shipments that are packed according to packaging standards.
Please pack the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
- Can the recipient pay the shipping cost
No, the sender must pay for the delivery services.
- How to track the shipment
You can track your shipment on the tracking page or in the mobile app.
- How the recipient should know that the parcel has arrivedn
Once the parcel arrives at the branch or parcel locker, the recipient will be notified via SMS and mobile app.
If targeted delivery is ordered, the courier will notify the recipient of the parcel's arrival.
