  • Goods that do not meet the standards of packaging and proper labeling

    These may be unpackaged shipments that are not secured or wrapped in accordance with their weight, size, shape, content, fragility, or that lack information about the sender or recipient of the shipment, that have obvious damage, glass and fragile items without solid packaging, shipments on pallets, and tied shipments

  • Goods with hazardous, poisonous, narcotic, and psychotropic composition

    This category primarily includes narcotic and psychotropic substances, poisons and precursors, nuclear materials, radioactive substances, high-risk chemicals and biological agents, as well as toxins or other similar hazardous materials or substances (e.g., compressed gases, flammable liquids and substances, toxic substances, infectious substances, etc.), and drugs

  • Goods/shipment with live animals and endangered species of wild animals and plants

    This category includes fresh flowers, animals, etc

  • Goods whose contents or placement may endanger human life or health, cause damage to the environment and destroy or damage other shipments or vehicles

    This category includes, for example, liquid paints, adhesives, and other liquid substances that may be damaged during transportation or that may harm or degrade other SPS shipments or equipment

  • Goods with offensive or defamatory appearance or visible content

    This category includes, for example, pornography, extremist symbols, etc

  • Goods containing currency or various types of rare and valuable items

    This category includes valid and invalid banknotes and coins, postage stamps, other valuables, jewelry (except for jewelry and watches with a retail value of up to €100 that do not contain precious metals), precious stones, precious metals, investment metals, securities with a marked declared value in uninsured shipments, gemstones, pearls, artworks, collections, antiques, etc

  • Items, belongings, or goods with restricted or prohibited circulation

    This category includes, for example, official documents, medical prescriptions, counterfeit, and stolen items, etc

  • Goods containing biological material

    This category includes, for example, human remains, animal remains, coffins with ashes, medical wastes, biological material, infectious substances, and other hazardous substances

  • Goods with explosive material, protective equipment, and weapons

    This category includes firearms, ammunition for firearms, pyrotechnics, tear gas, irritant gas and similar chemicals and gases in various types of containers, all explosives or incendiaries that, alone or in combination with other items, cause an explosion or may cause a fire, organic peroxides, explosives, flammable, caustic, oxidizing substances, etc

  • Other goods with specific features

    This category includes goods that may be subject to natural deterioration (spoilage) during delivery, such as perishable food and electronic items that require two people to handle, the so-called white goods

  • Substances or items with transportation prohibited or regulated by international and national legislation
