At the Venipak pickup points

A pickup point is a type of branch located on the territory of an existing company where you can receive a parcel from Nova Post.

The Venipak pickup points are located all over Lithuania and are easy to find on the map.

Potential locations of the Venipak pickup point

• In the grocery store, mini-markets, stores selling clothes, household, building materials, etc.
• At a gas station
• In a pharmacy
• At the post office

Delivery term

You can receive a parcel up to 30 kg at the pickup point

• Size: up to 61х39,5х41 cm
• The invoiced value: up to €500
• contains no goods that are not accepted for transportation

How to pick up a parcel from a Venipak partner point

Once the shipment arrives, you will be notified of the delivery location, PIN or QR code for pickup via SMS, Viber, or e-mail.

• Download the Nova Post mobile app
• Find the pickup point on the map.
• While at the pickup point, tell the operator the PIN code you received earlier.
