Once the shipment is delivered to the parcel locker, the recipient will be sent an SMS with the address. Find the location of the parcel locker on the map or in the mobile app.

- weights up to 30 kg

Delivery term
From 7 days
Delivery shall be paid by the sender in Ukraine
Once sent, we will notify the recipient of the delivery location and the PIN code for pickup via SMS, Viber, or e-mail.
How to pick up your shipment at the Venipak parcel locker
- Open the locker with a PIN or QR code.
- Pick up your parcel and close the locker.
You can pick up your parcel from the parcel locker within 3 days. Then the parcel will be moved to the nearest branch. The recipient will be notified of the branch number via SMS or mobile app.
If the parcel is lost, contact the call center:
Mon-Fri: from 8:00 to 20:00.
Sat-Sun: from 9:00 to 18:00.
The operator will assist you in finding your shipment or filing a claim.
