How to receive your parcel at a Nova Post parcel locker or partner pickup point

   Wait for a text message or email informing you of the delivery location and a PIN code for pickup.

   Find a parcel locker or pickup point on the map.

   Visit the pickup point and receive the parcel. If your parcel was delivered to a parcel locker:

     approach the parcel locker and open it with your PIN or QR code
   • 3.2
     pick up the parcel and close the locker.
