Once the parcel is sent, we will notify the recipient of the parcel's processing.

The shipment cost depends on the weight and delivery method. Check your possible rate on the "Shipping costs" page.

Cargo types available for shipment

  • Weight: up to 1 000 kg
  • Length: up to 300 cm
  • Height/Width: up to 170 cm, including packaging
  • The invoiced value: up to €10 000

Customs clearance in Ukraine

  • Invoiced value of the parcel: up to €150

    No additional taxes are charged

  • Invoiced value of the parcel: over €150

    • Import duty: 10% of exceeding €150
    • VAT: 20% of the invoiced value of the shipment (invoiced value + import duty)

Calculation example

The product costs €200. Customs duties will be as follows:

  • Import duty = (€200 - €150) х 10% = €5
  • VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) х 20% = €11

Total tax payable: €5 + €11 = €16

Customs reserves the right to refuse a shipment or change the amount of customs duties

This can happen if a customs officer detects a breach of the rules:

  • The shipment's contents differ from the list specified in the declaration
  • The invoiced value differs from the real value
  • The parcel contains prohibited goods
  • In the last month, the recipient has already received international shipments with a total invoiced value of more than €150.

How to send a cargo from the branch

    Prepare your items and make sure the shipment's contents are allowed to ship.

    Provide information about the sender and recipient. To do so, write in Latin:
    • Surname
    • Name
    • Phone number
    • Branch number or full address of the recipient in Ukraine

    Hand over the shipment to the branch operator in an open form.

    According to international transportation requirements, Nova Post employees must check the contents for any prohibited goods.

    If the shipment is packaged, the operator must open it. Original packaging is an exception.
