Nova Poshta is a delivery company that has been helping millions of Ukrainians to quickly send and receive goods for 22 years. The company delivers more than 315 million parcels both in Ukraine and around the world every year. In order to speed up the delivery of goods from abroad, the company opened its own airline, Supernova Airlines.
Nova Poshta started developing business abroad in 2014, entering the market of Moldova. At the moment, Nova Post is the fastest postal operator in Moldova with a developed network consisting of 19 branches and 200 parcel lockers throughout the country.
In October 2022, we entered the European market. Poland was the first European country to open Nova Post branches for Ukrainians. There are already 21 branches in the largest Polish cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, Lublin, Gdansk, Rzeszów, Poznań, Lodz, Katowice, and 10 more will open by the end of March 2023.
On March 20, 2023, Nova Post entered the Lithuanian market, opening its first cargo branch office in Vilnius.
Nova Poshta not only cares about the quality of delivery, but is also a socially responsible citizen of its own country.
In the most difficult moments, we provide support to those who need it most. During the pandemic COVID-19 we purchased and supplied oxygen and other medical equipment for Ukrainian hospitals for 2 years and provided doctors with protective equipment. We invested almost 60 million hrn. ($1.6 million) and helped more than fifty hospitals across Ukraine.
In early 2022, we embarked on a new direction with Humanitarian Nova Post, delivering humanitarian goods in Ukraine at our own expense. More than 900 charitable foundations and volunteer organizations have already benefited from delivery at Nova Poshta's expense.
We want Ukraine to have a prosperous liberal economy and strong business. Five years ago, we launched the School of Business so that entrepreneurs can acquire knowledge about how to develop their own businesses. We have trained more than 2,500 graduates who have taken their businesses to the next level or started them from scratch.
Nova Poshta is 32,000 employees who are united by an important business and common values. We have created our own corporate university, where every employee can undergo training and improve their qualifications.
Nova Poshta is one of the largest taxpayers in Ukraine. For 2022, the company transferred 7.1 billion hrn. (€178 million) to the budgets of all levels of the country.
