The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
Surcharge on declared value:
- 1up to €150: no fee
- 2over €150: +0,5% of the declared value to the delivery rates

Calculation example
There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs €115, and a building kit costs €500.
A fee to be added to the delivery rate:
- 1Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
- 2Parcel with a building kit: 500 х 0,5% = €2,5

The delivery cost consists of the delivery rate and a fee on the declared value.
The delivery rate is calculated according to the largest value of the dimensions: actual or volumetric weight
The estimated weight for pallets is calculated according to the tableThe rate is determined by the higher of the actual weight or the pallet base area.
The rates are indicated in euros (VAT included) and are valid from 27.10.2023
