You can send parcels up to 30 kg by courier

Parcels over 30 kg are not accepted for delivery by courier in the Netherlands. All parcels are weighed at the sorting center. If a larger parcel is passed to the courier, it will be returned to the sender.

Previously paid delivery services will be refunded, except for the cost of calling a courier.

Before sending, make sure that the parcel's contents are authorized for shipment.

*The invoice value is the declared value of the shipment's contents, which must match the details on the invoice and reflect the actual value of the goods. It is used to calculate customs duties, taxes, and other fees that may be applied when importing a shipment into the destination country.

Once the parcel is sent, we will notify the recipient of the parcel's processing.

The delivery cost depends on the weight. Estimate the delivery cost in advance with our calculator or check the rates for the desired destination on the website. 

How to send from the pickup point

    Prepare the items and ensure that the contents of the shipment are allowed for transportation

    Arrange the shipment in the mobile app or personal account to receive an electronic express waybill

    There is no packaging at the pickup point, so pack the shipment yourself
