Acceptable cargo parameters
- Weight: up to 200 kg
- Length: up to 300 cm
- Height/Width: up to 170 cm, including packaging
- Invoice value: up to €10 000
Customs clearance of shipments in Ukraine
- Invoice value of the parcel: up to €150
No additional taxes are charged
- Invoice value of the parcel: over €150
- Import duty: 10% of exceeding €150
- VAT: 20% of the invoice value of the shipment (exceeding €150 + import duty)

Calculation example
The product costs €200. Customs duties will be as follows:
- Import duty = (€200 - €150) х 10% = €5
- VAT = (€200 - €150 + €5) х 20% = €11
Total tax payable: €5 + €11 = €16
Customs reserves the right to refuse a shipment or change the amount of customs duties
This can happen if a customs officer detects a breach of the rules:
- The shipment's contents differ from the list specified in the declaration
- The invoice value differs from the real one
- Over the past month, the recipient has already received international shipments with a total invoice value exceeding €150
