How to receive a parcel at a Nova Post point

As soon as the shipment arrives, you will receive an SMS or push notification with the number and address of the pickup point and the EW number.

   Get an EW/IEW number via the website about delivery to Nova Post pickup point

   Arrive at the address indicated in the EW/IEW
