*The invoice value is the declared value of the shipment's contents, which must match the details on the invoice and reflect the actual value of the goods. It is used to calculate customs duties, taxes, and other fees that may be applied when importing a shipment into the destination country.

To receive a shipment, you must have:

  • express waybill number
  • original passport of a citizen of Ukraine/foreign passport or phone number of the recipient indicated in the express waybill

  • Items allowed to be sent to Ukraine without duties and VAT

    To avoid customs duties and VAT, goods imported into Ukraine must be declared under HS codes.

    1. Electric generators:

      Electric generating sets

      Electric engines and generators (except for electric generating sets), alternating current generators (synchronous generators)

    2. Electrical transformers, static electrical converters (for example, rectifiers), inductors, and inductance chokes:

      Power not exceeding 7.5 kVA (except for inverter welding machines)

      Power exceeding 7.5 kVA (except for inverter welding machines)

      Other power (except for inverter welding machines)

    3. Lithium batteries:

    • Product

      Lithium-ion electric batteries, including separators thereof of any geometric shape (except for energy storage units with a capacity of less than 300 W AC and/or DC and separate lithium-ion cells with a capacity of less than 200 Ah)

    4. Solar panels:

    • Product

      Electric PV modules

    5. Turbines and other engines:

    • Product

      Water steam turbines and other steam turbines

      Hydraulic turbines, water wheels, and regulators thereof (hydraulic turbines and their parts only)

      Hydraulic transmission shafts

      Turbojet engines, turboprop, and other gas turbines (except for turboprop and turbojet engines and parts thereof)

How to send from the pickup point

  1. Prepare the items and ensure that the contents of the shipment are allowed for transportation
  2. Choose the point on the map you want to send from
  3. Arrange the shipment in the mobile app or personal account to receive an electronic express waybill
  4. There is no packaging at the pickup point, so pack the shipment yourself
  5. Pay for the shipment
  6. Provide the EW number and the parcel to the employee of the pickup point
