The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels. The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes. Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
Surcharge on declared value:
- 1up to 1 000 RON - included in the delivery cost
- 2over 1 000 RON - 0.5%

Calculation example
There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs 900 RON, and a building kit costs 2 000 RON.
A fee to be added to the delivery rate:
- 1Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
- 2Parcel with a building kit: 2 000 х 0,5% = 10 RON
