Surcharge for delivery or sending by courier

+40 RON for every 100 kg

The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels. The customer must do it alone.

According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes. Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.

      The greater of the actual or volumetric weight is applied.

      Volumetric weight (kg) = length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 4 000

  • Commission on declared value:

      up to 1 000 RON - included in the delivery cost

      over 1 000 RON - 0.5%

The rates are indicated in RON (RON, VAT included) and are valid from 03.01.2024.
