Receiving at the branch

  1. Receive a notification of parcel arrival
  2. Visit a branch
  3. Tell the operator the express waybill number
  4. Verify your identity by one of the following methods:
    • Show the operator the mobile app
    • Provide the code from the SMS
    • Provide your passport
  5. Pick up your parcel
