How to send a parcel from a branch
- Select the nearest Nova Post branch in your city. Please make sure the selected branch accepts parcels weighing over 30 kg.
- Create a shipment with the operator or online before visiting the branch: in the mobile application or on the website. Provide the operator with the waybill number if the parcel was created online.
- Pay the cost of delivery and selected additional services and hand over the parcel to the operator.
