Dimensions permitted based on delivery types
Documents: length – up to 35 cm, width – up to 25 cm, thickness – up to 2 cm, actual weight – up to 1 kg
Parcels: actual and volume weight – up to 30 kg, maximum side up to 120 cm, the total of dimensions 150 cm Freight: actual and volume weight – from 31 kg to 1 000 kg, length up to 300 cm, width and height up to 170 cm
Pallets: actual weight – up to 1 000 kg, dimensions: 120 × 80 × 170 cm
Who pays
Only the sender pays for the delivery service. Find out the cost of delivery here.

The sender pays for the return shipping if the recipient rejects and returns the package.
Refusal will also be considered in situations where:
- 1the recipient was not present at the time of delivery
- 2the receiver could not be contacted to transfer the shipment
- 3contact information was provided incorrectly
Returns will be charged according to the general shipping tariffs.
How to send a parcel from a branch

- 2Create a shipment with the operator or online before visiting the branch: in the mobile application or on the website. Provide the operator with the waybill number if the parcel was created online.
- 3Pay the cost of delivery and selected additional services and hand the parcel over to the operator.
How to send a parcel from address

- 2Pay for your shipment.
- 3Wait for notification of the courier's arrival date and stay at a specified address that day. Learn more about the courier's work schedule.

Please note that either Nova Post couriers or couriers from partner companies come to pick up the parcel.
How to track a parcel
You can track your parcel in the Tracking tab or mobile application.
When the parcel arrives at the branch, the recipient will receive a notification via SMS or mobile application.
If delivery to the address is arranged, the courier will notify the recipient that the parcel has arrived.
