How to pick up at the branch

  1. Receive a message that your shipment has arrived
  2. Visit the branch
  3. Provide the waybill number to the operator
  4. Confirm your identity in one of the following ways:
    • show the operator the mobile application
    • provide the operator with code from the SMS message
    • show your passport
  5. If necessary, pay customs duty, VAT, customs services, delivery costs.
  6. Collect your parcel
