How to pick up at the branch

    Receive a message that your shipment has arrived

    Visit the branch

    Provide the waybill number to the operator

    Confirm your identity in one of the following ways:
    • show the operator the mobile application
    • provide the operator with code from the SMS message
    • show your passport

    If necessary, pay customs duty, VAT, customs services, delivery costs.

    Collect your parcel
