The courier neither helps to lift and lower the cargo nor wraps the parcels.
The customer must do it alone.
According to the company's rules, the courier can stay at the address no longer than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance to avoid delaying the courier.
Prices for delivery to a branch, delivery boxes and pick-up points are the same rate.
The prices are indicated for individuals, in Сzech crowns (CZK) with VAT, valid from 22.03.2025.
Commission from the declared value:
- 1up to 10 000 Kč - included in the delivery cost;
- 2over 10 000 Kč - 0,5%

Calculation example
There are 2 parcels sent: a coffee maker and a construction set. A coffee maker costs 8 000 Kč, and a building kit costs 20 000 Kč.
A fee to be added to the delivery rate:
- 1Parcel with a coffee maker: no fee
- 2Parcel with a building kit: 20 000 х 0,5% = 100 Kč

The delivery rate is calculated according to the largest value of the dimensions: actual or volumetric weight
The estimated weight for pallets is calculated according to the tableThe rate is determined by the higher of the actual weight or the pallet base area.
