The courier does not help lower or lift the cargo and does not pack parcels.
The customer must do this themselves.

According to company rules, the courier may stay at the address for no more than 15 minutes.
Please prepare the parcel in advance so as not to delay the courier.

How the delivery cost is calculated
The delivery rate is calculated according to the largest value of the dimensions: actual or volumetric weight
Actual weight
to determine the shipment, it is weighed at the branch
Volumetric weight
Shows how much space the parcel will take in transport. Calculation formula: Volumetric weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 4 000
Calculation example
A construction set weighs 2 kg and when packed measures: 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm.
Parcel weight calculation:
actual weight: = 2 kg
volumetric weight: = 30×30×30/4 000 = 6.75 kg
The rate will be calculated using the higher weight value – 6.75 kg.

The rate is determined by the higher value: actual weight or pallet base area.

Calculation example
The cabinet weighs 740 kg, and the base area of the pallet is 0.3 m².
Parcel weight calculation:
based on actual weight: 612 kg
based on base area: 204 kg
The rate will be calculated based on the higher value - 612 kg.
How the declared value commission is calculated
Two parcels are sent: one with a coffee maker and one with a construction set. The coffee maker costs 3 000 Kč, the construction set – 20 000 Kč.
Commission to be added to the delivery rate:
Parcel with a coffee maker: no commission
Parcel with a construction set: 20 000 × 0.5% = 100 Kč
