How to receive a parcel at a parcel locker
Wait for your parcel to arrive
When the parcel is ready for pickup at the parcel locker:
- Tracking status will update to "Arrived"
- You’ll receive a locker access code via SMS or PUSH-notification in the app
Approach the parcel locker
The parcel locker number and address are listed in the parcel details in the app, your personal account, and on the tracking page. If needed, build a route in the app or view its location on the Nova Post map.
Open the locker
- 1Select “Receive” on the locker screen and enter the locker access code that you received via SMS or PUSH-notification
- 2Wait for the locker to open, then take your parcel.
- 3Close the locker.

- Can I extend the parcel storage time?
Parcels are stored for 36 hours in the parcel locker after placement. If needed, you can forward the parcel to another pickup location via the app.
