How to send a parcel from a parcel locker

  • 1. Create a shipment in the app or My Nova Post personal account
    Select "parcel locker" as the shipping method and choose your preferred locker.
  • 2. Pay for the delivery service and receive the access code to open the locker
    After payment for the delivery services, you will receive a code via SMS or push notification to open the parcel locker.
  • 3. Send the parcel within 24 hours of payment
    Go to the parcel locker, select "Send" on the screen, and enter the code you received to open an available locker. Place your parcel inside the opened locker and close the door.
  • You can send your parcel from any AlzaBox parcel locker, not just the one you specified when creating the shipment.
  • Your parcel must be packed according to Nova Post's packaging standards.

Log in to your personal account and click "Create shipment" in the top-left corner.

  • 1. What if I don’t send the parcel within 24 hours?

    The created parcel will be automatically canceled, and the delivery fee will be refunded to the payer.

  • 2. How do I find the nearest parcel locker?

    The locker address is listed in the parcel details in the app or personal account.
