Pay for orders from online stores upon receipt
Order now and pay later. Receive goods from your favorite stores with the cash on delivery option. You get the chance to inspect your order first and only then complete the payment.
This service is available for orders from online stores in Germany that have enabled this option for their customers
How does it work
1. Order goods on our partner websites and select the “Payment upon receipt” payment method when checking out
2. Upon delivery to a branch or your address, inspect your goods.
If the goods are not suitable, you can return the parcel without payment.
3. If everything is fine, pay for your order online via our app or by using the link sent to you via SMS by the operator.

*When receiving a cash on delivery parcel from a parcel locker, the buyer must pay for the parcel before opening the locker. Parcel inspection and refusal are not available.
The cost of the service
The cost of the service for the recipient depends on the terms set by the seller. Possible options:
- Free of charge. You only pay for the cost of your order.
- 2,75% of the payment amount, but not less than €1,2 including VAT
