Benefits of auto-return for E-commerce
How does it work
- The return order is generated automatically:
- if the buyer refuses to receive
- when the specified storage period ends
- We will deliver the parcel to the address you specify for returns.
* For parcels in Ukraine: if the parcel was delivered to a post office box, the storage period for auto-return will be calculated after the storage period in the post office box expires and the parcel is transferred to the post office.

How to get started
Return services are available to all Nova Post business customers with an active service agreement
To set up return conditions:
- Submit a request to enable the service by contacting your account manager or sales team:
- Agree on key service parameters:
- Rates,
- Storage periods,
- Return address.
- Once confirmed, the service will be activated in your My Nova Post account.
Auto-return will apply to all parcels dispatched after service activation.
Cost
The cost depends on parcel weight and dimensions.
